Find your course
You do not need to know university names. Start with what you want to study — click the box and browse by subject, or type a few letters. Or answer three questions and we will narrow it down for you.
Five countries we know properly
We counsel for these five and no more. Adding a country means learning its visa rules, its funding thresholds and its universities well enough to be useful, so we add them slowly and only when we can do it properly.
United Kingdom
One-year Master's degrees, the two-year Graduate Route after you finish, and the widest choice of nursing and healthcare programmes of any of our destinations.
Canada
Post-Graduation Work Permit and clear routes to permanent residence.
United States
The widest programme choice anywhere, and OPT after graduation.
Ireland
English-speaking, inside the EU, with a strong graduate stay-back option.
United Arab Emirates
UK and international branch campuses, close to home, with the same degree certificate.
Work out where you stand before you spend anything
Five free tools, no sign-up and no email — three are below, and the funds planner and course finder are one click away. They use published university criteria and official government figures, and they tell you the awkward answers as readily as the good ones.
Cost of living calculator
Pick a city and how you plan to live. See a realistic monthly budget in local currency and in your own, then see how it compares with the funds the visa authorities require you to show.

Six questions on your grades, English and budget. You get an honest reading of where your profile sits against what universities publish, and an ordered list of what to fix first.

The tests, and which one you actually need
Choosing the wrong English test costs a month and a fee. Here is what each one is for, what score you need, and what we teach.
From first conversation to enrolment day
Choose a destination to see its typical timeline. Yours will move around it, because universities, immigration authorities, your bank and your own paperwork all set their own pace.
Counselling & shortlist
We go through your grades, budget and plans, and shortlist courses that genuinely fit.
Documents prepared
Transcripts, personal statement and references prepared and checked before anything is submitted.
Offers arrive
We help you compare them properly — fees, city, course content, and what happens after you graduate.
Funds & evidence
Deposit paid, and your maintenance funds placed and held for 28 days. This is where most delays happen.
CAS & visa
The university issues your CAS, then your Student visa application goes in with the evidence prepared.
Travel & arrival
Accommodation confirmed, pre-departure briefing, and then enrolment day.
Counselling & shortlist
Colleges and universities chosen, with a check that the programme suits the work permit you want afterwards.
Applications
Transcripts, statement and references submitted to each institution.
Letter of acceptance
Your offer arrives as a letter of acceptance, together with the provincial attestation letter where one is required.
Funds & evidence
Tuition deposit paid, and proof of funds prepared: living costs on top of first-year tuition and travel.
Study permit
Applied for online, then biometrics. Processing time depends on where you apply from, so we check it with you.
Travel & arrival
You travel with your approval letter, and the study permit itself is issued at the border.
Counselling & shortlist
Universities chosen, and whether you need the SAT, GRE or GMAT for them.
Applications
Many US deadlines fall months before the course starts, so this stage often begins early.
Admission & I-20
Once you are admitted and have shown your funding, the university issues your Form I-20.
SEVIS fee & DS-160
You pay the SEVIS I-901 fee and complete the online visa application form.
Visa interview
An interview at the US embassy or consulate. Waiting times differ widely, so we book the earliest slot we can.
Travel & arrival
You can enter the US up to 30 days before your programme start date.
Counselling & shortlist
Courses chosen, including whether a nursing route through the NMBI is right for you.
Applications
Transcripts, statement and references submitted to each university.
Offer & fees
Offer accepted and fees paid as the university asks. A course fee under €6,000 must be paid in full first.
Funds & insurance
Proof of funds for the year and private medical insurance, both needed for the visa.
Study visa
If your nationality needs one, you apply online and send your documents. Decisions usually take several weeks.
Travel & registration
You travel, enrol, and register with immigration to receive your IRP card.
Counselling & shortlist
Campuses chosen, often a UK university’s own branch campus in Dubai.
Applications
Documents submitted. Many UAE campuses decide quickly.
Offer
Your offer letter, and the fee schedule that comes with it.
Fees paid
Fees or a deposit are paid to the university before your visa is processed.
Entry permit
The university sponsors your student residence visa and arranges your entry permit.
Medical & Emirates ID
Medical test, Emirates ID and residence visa completed in the UAE, then enrolment.
Work with us, grow with us
If you introduce students to study abroad, work with us. You keep the relationship and the recognition; we do the counselling, the compliance and the paperwork. You get paid on what you introduce, and you can build your own network underneath you.
Sub-agents under your own account
Add your own sub-agents, set what each of them earns, and manage their logins yourself. You see the whole tree; they see only their own students and their own share.
Transparent referral fees
Agreed in writing before you send a single student. You see what has been earned, what is pending and what has been paid, on one dashboard.
Compliance handled at our end
Visa rules, funds thresholds and course accuracy are our job, not yours. You introduce the student; we take it from there.
Referral arrangements are set out in a written agreement before any student is introduced. We do not pay for leads, and we do not accept any payment from students for counselling, applications or visa guidance — an agent’s fee is never recovered from the student.
Two offices, one team
Walk in, call, or message on WhatsApp, whichever is easiest. Both offices support students applying to all five destinations, and the same counsellor stays with you throughout.
India
SRK Building, Market Road, Pala, Kerala 686575, India
Not sure which to contact? Either is fine. If you are in India or nearby, the Pala office is usually quickest; if you are already in the UK, Altrincham picks up faster during UK hours.
One conversation, no cost, no obligation
Tell us where you are now and we will map out what is genuinely open to you — and how to reach the parts that are not open yet, whether that is a stronger English score or the following intake.
- We never charge a student for counselling, applications or visa guidance. Not now, not later.
- We will tell you if your profile is not ready, rather than take an application we know will fail.
- Admission decisions belong to the university and visa decisions to the government. We help you present your case well; nobody can do more than that.
- Your details are used to advise you and nothing else. We do not sell data.
What our students say
In their own words, published with their permission. We ask every student once they have arrived, and we publish whatever they write — not only the glowing ones.
“VASCO medics was very supportive and helpful in getting me through the admission and visa process.
They were a constant aid in finding the process and requirements and had done everything from their capacity to help me get through the process.
I really appreciate the help and support.”
