For agents and sub-agents

You keep the relationship. We do the work behind it.

If students already come to you for advice — because you run a coaching centre, a language institute, a clinic, or simply because people in your town trust you — you can introduce them to Vasco and stay in the picture the whole way. Counselling, university applications, funds checks and visa paperwork sit with us. The student still knows it was you who sent them.

For agents and sub-agents

Work with us, grow with us

If you introduce students to study abroad, work with us. You keep the relationship and the recognition; we do the counselling, the compliance and the paperwork. You get paid on what you introduce, and you can build your own network underneath you.

Sub-agents under your own account

Add your own sub-agents, set what each of them earns, and manage their logins yourself. You see the whole tree; they see only their own students and their own share.

Transparent referral fees

Agreed in writing before you send a single student. You see what has been earned, what is pending and what has been paid, on one dashboard.

Compliance handled at our end

Visa rules, funds thresholds and course accuracy are our job, not yours. You introduce the student; we take it from there.

Referral arrangements are set out in a written agreement before any student is introduced. We do not pay for leads, and we do not accept any payment from students for counselling, applications or visa guidance — an agent’s fee is never recovered from the student.

How it works

From introduction to enrolment

Five stages, and you can see exactly where each of your students sits at any moment.

Stage 1

You introduce the student

Through your own login, or by WhatsApp if that is quicker. Name, contact number and what they are hoping to study is enough to register the introduction to you.

Stage 2

We counsel them, and you can sit in

A named counsellor takes them through options, costs and timing. You are welcome on the call. Nothing is hidden from you, and nothing is said to the student that you are not told.

Stage 3

Applications, funds and visa

Course accuracy, document checks, funds thresholds and visa requirements are our responsibility, not yours. If a rule changes mid-application, that is our problem to solve.

Stage 4

The student enrols

Your dashboard moves the student to enrolled and shows the fee that has become due to you, with the date it is payable.

Stage 5

You are paid

Against the schedule in your agreement, with a statement you can check line by line. What is earned, what is pending and what has been paid are three separate figures, and all three are visible to you.

One thing we will not do. We do not pay for leads, and we do not buy contact lists. A fee becomes due when a student you introduced actually enrols — not when a name is submitted.
Plainly put

What you get, and what we ask

Both sides of it, on the same screen, before you sign anything.

What you get

  • A written agreement setting out your fee before you introduce a single student, not after.
  • Your own dashboard showing every student you have introduced and the exact stage each one is at.
  • The ability to add sub-agents under your account, set what each of them earns, and manage their access yourself.
  • A named counsellor your students can reach, and who will tell you the same thing they tell the student.
  • Course, fee and visa material you can use with students, kept current by us.

What we ask

  • That you never charge a student for counselling, applications or visa guidance. Your fee comes from us, never from them.
  • That you do not promise admission, a visa, a job or a salary. Nobody can promise those, and saying so puts the student and both of us at risk.
  • That documents you pass on are the student’s own and genuine. One fabricated document can close a university’s door to every student who follows.
  • That you handle student data properly and only for the purpose it was given. The agreement sets out what that means in practice.
  • That you tell us early when something is wrong. A problem raised in week two is usually fixable; the same problem in week nine often is not.

Everything above is in the written agent agreement, in the same words. You will be sent it to read in full, with time to take advice on it, before anyone asks you to sign.

Who this suits

The agents we work best with

This is not for everyone, and it is fairer to say so here than after a meeting.

1

People students already trust

Coaching and language centres, college lecturers, clinic and hospital staff who are asked about nursing routes, and established local agents. The introduction works because the trust is already there.

2

Smaller agents who want the back office

If you are good at finding and advising students but do not want to carry compliance, document checks and university relationships yourself, that division of labour is exactly what this is.

3

Anyone building their own network

You can add sub-agents beneath you and set what each earns. Your tree, your terms with them, visible only to you.

4

Not a fit: volume without care

If the plan is to submit as many applications as possible and see which stick, we are the wrong agent. Refused applications damage the student first and the university relationship second, and we would rather send fewer students well.

Questions agents ask

Before you apply

What am I actually paid, and when?

A fixed fee per enrolled student, agreed in writing with you before you start and recorded against your account. It is not a percentage of anything the student pays, because the student pays us nothing. The fee falls due once the student has enrolled and the university has confirmed it, and it is paid on the schedule set out in your agreement.

Different agents are on different fees, depending on the destination and the volume agreed. Yours is the one written into your agreement, and it cannot be changed without telling you.

Can I charge the student myself?

No. Charging students is the single thing that ends an agreement with us. We do not charge them and neither may you, for counselling, applications or visa guidance. If a student has been asked for money, tell us and we will deal with it.

Do I lose the student once I introduce them?

No. The introduction is recorded to you permanently. You keep access to their progress, you are welcome on counselling calls, and the student is told plainly that you introduced them.

What happens if a visa is refused?

We tell you and the student what the refusal says and what, if anything, can be done about it — a fresh application, a different route, or the following intake. Nobody can prevent a refusal. What we can do is make sure it does not happen for a reason that was avoidable, which is why documents and funds are checked before anything is submitted.

Do I need to be a registered business?

For payment, yes — we pay to a business account and need the registration details for our own records and for tax. If you are not registered yet, tell us at the application stage and we will explain what is needed in your country.

How long does approval take?

Usually a few working days. We check who you are, speak to you properly once, and send you the agreement to read. We would rather take a week and get it right than onboard in an hour and unwind it later.

Tell us about your business

Six or seven answers is all we need to know whether this is a fit. Nothing here commits you to anything, and we will come back to you within two working days either way.

We will call or message on WhatsApp, whichever suits.

We are only appointing new agents in the United Kingdom, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Nigeria, Kenya and Mozambique at the moment. If you work elsewhere and would like us to come back to you when that changes, do send us a message — we keep a list.

Not required to apply. We need it before we can pay you, and we will explain what is needed in your country.

An honest estimate is more useful to us than a large number.

We reply within two working days. If it is not a fit we will say so quickly rather than leave you waiting.

Thank you. We have your details.

Someone from our UK office will read this properly and come back to you within two working days. Quote that reference if you ring us in the meantime.

What happens next

  1. We read what you have sent and check a few things about your business.
  2. We speak to you properly once — not a sales call, a conversation about whether this works for both of us.
  3. If it does, you get the agent agreement to read in full, with your fee written into it, and time to take advice before you sign anything.
