Your degree abroad, guided by people who have done this since 2005
Vasco International Academy and Consultancy is part of the Vasco group and sister company to Vasco Medics International Ltd in the United Kingdom. Together we help students reach universities in the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Ireland and the United Arab Emirates.
Our counselling, your applications and your visa guidance are free. Not a trial, not a discount — free, from your first question to the day you land.

Everything between the idea and the arrival
Most students come to us with a rough idea and a lot of questions. That is the right time to start.
Finding the right course
Not the most expensive, and not the easiest to get into. The one that fits your grades, your budget and what you want to be doing in five years. We will tell you when something is wrong for you.
The application, done properly
Documents checked, personal statement worked on with you, deadlines tracked. The details that quietly sink applications are the ones we are paid to catch.
Funds and the visa
What you must show, for how long, and in whose name — against each country’s own rule rather than a general one. Prepared before anything is submitted, not after a refusal.
Getting there, and settling in
Accommodation, the first week, opening a bank account, finding the people from home who are already there. Arriving is not the end of the job.
Free for you, and here is why that works
A service that costs nothing is a fair thing to ask about. The answer is simple.
Universities pay us
- When a student we introduce enrols, we are paid a commission. That is the standard arrangement across this industry, and it is how the service stays free to you.
- You are not charged a penny more for coming through us. You pay the university exactly what its published fee says — the same figure you would pay applying on your own.
- We never handle your tuition. You pay the university directly, into its own account. We will never ask you for a deposit, a holding fee or a processing charge.
The one thing we do charge for
- English test preparation — IELTS, PTE, OET and Duolingo coaching. It is priced separately, it is optional, and it is never a condition of applying through us.
- If your English is already at the level you need, we will tell you that and save you the fee.
What you can hold us to
Five commitments. If we ever fall short of one of them, tell us and we will put it right.
We will be honest about your chances
If your profile is not ready, or the intake you are aiming at is too close, we will say so — and then work out with you what would change that. An honest answer in September is worth more than a hopeful one that fails in January.
Your documents stay your own
We submit what is genuine and nothing else. It protects you first: a fabricated document can close doors for years, and not only at that one university.
One named counsellor, start to finish
The same person from your first call to your arrival. You will not be handed between desks, and you will always know whose name is on your file.
Your information is used to help you, and nothing else
We do not sell data and we do not pass your number to anyone for marketing. Ask us what we hold about you and we will send it; ask us to delete it and we will.
Clear about who decides
Admission decisions belong to the university and visa decisions to the relevant government. Our job is to prepare your application so it gives you the best possible chance.
Twenty years of doing this, and four ways you are protected
Our directors have worked in international student recruitment and counselling since 2005 — through every major visa reform in all five of our destinations. Here is what that means for you in practice.
Rules change constantly. Knowing which change matters to your application, and which does not, only comes from having seen it before.
We never ask a student for tuition, a deposit or a holding fee. If anyone claiming to act for us does, tell us and we will deal with it.
Not at the start, not later, and not through an agent or sub-agent acting for us. There is no cancellation fee because there is no fee.
You will not be handed between desks, and you will always know whose name is on your file.
Why we only work with five countries
Depth is worth more to you than a longer list on a homepage.
Immigration rules, funding thresholds, work rights and post-study routes change several times a year in every one of these countries, and they change in different directions. Knowing the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Ireland and the United Arab Emirates properly is a full-time job on its own. An agent who claims fifteen destinations is usually forwarding your file to somebody else in most of them.
If the country you want is not one of ours, say so anyway. We will tell you honestly that it is not our ground, and we will not take the application just because it was offered.
Talk to a counsellor, free
Bring us the situation you actually have, not the one you think we want to hear. We will work out together what is open to you now and what would open the rest.
